Thews offers preventive maintenance contracts to ensure the longevity and efficiency of all heating and air systems. Whether or not Thews installed the system, our trained service technicians will protect your investment with a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan.
Each preventative maintenance plan includes:
- electrical connections inspected and tightened
- electrical wiring inspected
- air filters replaced or cleaned
- bearings and blades inspected
- outdoor coil cleaned
- indoor coil inspected and cleaned
- mechanical components inspected
- refrigerant level checked and adjusted if necessary
- heating and cooling operation checked
- operation of the thermostat checked
